International deliveries are by request only, please email us for details.
Please note: Goods delivered to some destinations may be liable for import duty, taxes, levies and other charges imposed locally. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all such charges, and will receive a separate request for payment. If you are ordering goods to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will be liable for them. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs might be. We advise that you check for charges that may apply in any country before ordering goods for import.
We want you to love the products you have purchased from us! If for any reason you'd like to return an item, please keep them with the original packaging and receipt, and in the same condition as they were received. You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Certain items such as earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty. Please check with our Customer Service team.
Please telephone our Customer Services team to arrange a refund or return. We can only issue a refund once we have received the goods. To ensure your returned items are safely received, please pack with adequate protection to prevent damage in transit, as we're unable to refund items that are damaged on arrival. We also recommend sending via recorded delivery. Please note that we unable to refund returns postage costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
You can return items that were purchased in-store at our Beaumaris store. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and with a valid receipt. Items returned with a gift receipt are only eligible for exchange or gift card of equivalent value. Items returned without a receipt will only be credited at the current value. Items returned outside of our 30 days returns period can only be exchanged for alternative items up to the current value or a gift voucher.
